The Challenge
BridgeSuite EventHub was developed as a multi-client solution to help organizations efficiently manage and promote their events. While the concept was proven across several one-off builds, the platform had evolved without a unified strategy, resulting in fragmented designs and inconsistent user experiences.
The idea was strong—offer a seamless way for users to browse, RSVP, and manage events while giving administrators powerful yet simple tools—but we needed to take a step back and bring cohesion to the product. We worked to refine the core feature set, consolidate the best ideas from previous iterations, and create a scalable design system that would support future growth.
Through close collaboration, iterative refinement, and thoughtful design decisions, we turned EventHub into a robust, reusable solution that clients now rely on to streamline event logistics and increase audience engagement.

Erin Wiggers, Technical Director, who provided the original functional framework and early structure across the different client versions.
Myself, Sr. UI/UX Designer, who consolidated the existing builds, refined the interface, and established a clean, user-centered design system.
Justine Dolorfino-Thieman, Sr. Manager of Technical Services, who led the project from ambiguity to completion—keeping momentum strong, aligning teams, and ensuring consistent delivery throughout.

Strategy & UX Decisions
We approached EventHub with the intent to make event discovery, interaction, and management seamless for both guests and admins. The design system was built to support scalability across multiple clients and to align user flows across all views.
This unified portal experience ensures users can browse and RSVP effortlessly, while admins have a dependable backend to manage events with clarity.
Key UX decisions included:
Dual View Event Listings: A toggleable list and calendar view so users can interact with events based on their browsing preference.
Filtered Discovery: A robust filter bar and search system to help guests quickly find relevant events.
Contextual Cards: Each event card includes key info, RSVP status, a share menu, and a save option for faster decision-making.
Admin Tools: Integrated event creation, editing, and scheduling tools—streamlined into the same portal view to reduce friction.
Responsive UI: Fully optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring admins and attendees can take action anywhere.
The Outcome
EventHub has become a trusted lead generation tool for BridgeRev and a favorite among our clients. It’s currently used by global tech leaders, community organizations, and small to mid-sized businesses to power their event promotion and attendee engagement.
Clients consistently report higher event sign-ups, smoother admin workflows, and an overall boost in visibility. The unified system has allowed internal teams and external clients to scale their efforts without reinventing the wheel each time. EventHub stands as one of our most mature and flexible tools—tested, loved, and deployed across a wide range of industries.
